Zentix Services is a founder-led technology and digital growth studio based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. In this notice, "Zentix", "we" and "us" refer to Zentix Services, and "you" refers to any visitor, prospective client or client interacting with our website or engagements.

We keep collection deliberately minimal and purpose-bound.

• Details you submit directly: name, email address, organisation, phone number and the content of your enquiry or brief.
• Engagement information: correspondence, project documentation and materials you share with us during a working relationship.
• Technical information: device type, browser, approximate region and pages visited, gathered in aggregate to keep the site fast and secure.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use client material to market to third parties.

• To respond to enquiries, scope work and prepare proposals.
• To deliver, support and improve the services you have engaged us for.
• To send operational updates relating to an active engagement.
• To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

We process personal information where you have given consent, where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you, where we have a legitimate interest in operating and improving our services, or where a legal obligation applies.

Client material — code, data, strategy documents, credentials and commercial terms — is treated as confidential by default. Access is limited to the people directly delivering your engagement, and credentials are stored in encrypted vaults rather than shared in plain text.

We will not publish work, results or your brand as a reference without your prior written approval.

We rely on a small set of reputable providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery and productivity tooling. These providers process information only on our instructions and under their own contractual and security commitments. We do not grant them rights to use your information for their own purposes.

Our site uses only the cookies and similar technologies required for it to function properly and to understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can restrict or clear cookies through your browser settings; core pages will continue to work.

Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to it. Engagement records are retained for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by applicable tax and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, but we treat security as an engineering requirement rather than an afterthought, and we will notify affected parties promptly in the event of a material incident.

Our site may link to external platforms and social profiles. Those destinations operate under their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or handling of your information.
