These terms govern your use of the Zentix Services website and, unless a signed proposal or statement of work states otherwise, the services we provide. By using this site or engaging us, you accept these terms in full.

Where a signed proposal, quotation or statement of work conflicts with this page, that signed document prevails.

Zentix Services designs and delivers web platforms, AI and data systems, automation, performance marketing, media production and interface design. Scope, deliverables, timelines and commercials are defined per engagement in writing before work begins.

Indicative pricing shown on this website is a starting reference. Final investment depends on scope, complexity, integrations and timeline.

• Work commences once the proposal is approved in writing and the agreed initial payment is received.
• Anything not expressly listed in the approved scope is considered a new request and is quoted separately.
• Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds; further rounds are billed at the prevailing rate.

• Provide accurate briefs, brand assets, content and access credentials in a timely manner.
• Nominate a single decision-maker empowered to approve deliverables.
• Return feedback within the agreed review windows; extended delays may shift the delivery schedule.
• Ensure you hold the rights to any material supplied to us for use in the work.

• Fees, milestones and currency are stated in the approved proposal and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless noted.
• Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
• We may pause delivery on materially overdue accounts after written notice.
• Third-party costs — hosting, licences, ad spend, plugins, stock media — are billed at cost unless bundled explicitly.

Delivery dates are planned in good faith on the assumption of timely inputs and approvals. Dates may shift where scope changes, feedback is delayed, or third-party dependencies fail; we will always communicate revised dates promptly.

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final delivered work created specifically for you transfers to your organisation.

Zentix retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, internal libraries and generic methodologies, and grants you a perpetual licence to use them as embedded within your deliverables. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

Both parties agree to protect information disclosed in confidence and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation survives the completion of the work.

We may reference an engagement in our portfolio only with your written approval. If you prefer the relationship to remain private, tell us and it stays private.

We warrant that services are performed with reasonable skill and care by qualified practitioners. Defects reported within the post-launch support window stated in your proposal are corrected at no charge; new features, content changes and third-party breakages fall outside that window.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue outcomes or platform decisions made by third parties such as search engines, ad networks or app stores.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data. Our total aggregate liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement in the preceding three months.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the proposal. On termination, you pay for work completed and costs committed up to the termination date, and we hand over the completed deliverables in their current state.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before commencing proceedings.

We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
